FOUNDER GREG BOZZI is the also the Executive Chef/Owner of the very popular Donovan’s Reef Restaurant in Branford, Connecticut. Greg is a very motivated ACF Chef with a true love of food.  In his own words he describes himself as having developed his love of food because he “comes from an upbringing which placed great importance on the family meal. Everything was always fresh and healthy and made from scratch.”  This philosophy is the fundamental premise behind Corporate Caterer’s mission to provide unparalleled catering services. Greg takes great pride in insuring that his staff is solidly schooled in the preparation of fresh, homemade entrees at reasonable prices. 

CO-FOUNDER LIZ BOZZI has been servicing the restaurant industry since 1975.  Her passions are cooking and the arts.  She has traveled to Europe throughout the years to train in the culinary field.  Liz will ensure that your dishes look beautiful and taste even better. Her creative ingredients will have your guests asking for the recipe.
